Scott B. Howell was born and raised in Oregon, with stops in Texas, California and Colorado. Scott graduated from Lakeview High School in 1990. After graduation, Scott attended Warner Pacific College in Portland, lettering in Basketball and Soccer. After his Sophomore year, Scott transferred to Concordia University and continued playing varsity basketball. Scott graduated Cum Laude in 1995 with a degree in Business Administration.Scott worked for Nike in Merchandising before leaving the next year to attend law school at Gonzaga University. Scott transferred to Willamette University College of Law graduating in 1999. After passing the Oregon Bar in 1999, Scott worked for a local Salem firm for approximately a year and half before opening his own office in 2001. The primary focus of his practice was criminal defense.

Scott enjoys representing all types of individuals and businesses in a variety of matters. Scott enjoys playing basketball, golfing and spending time with his daughters. Scott, in addition to being licensed in Oregon State Courts, is licensed to practice in the District of Oregon.

Leslie D. Howell was raised in Eugene, Oregon. Leslie attended Willamette University earning degrees in Latin American Studies and Spanish. To deepen her understanding of Latin American culture, she lived and studied in Valdivia, Chile for six months. Also, during undergraduate study, Leslie volunteered at Bush Elementary School and participated in many non-profit fundraisers.Leslie also received her law degree from Willamette University. While attending law school, Leslie participated in many student organizations. In her third year of law school, she served as President for the Multi-cultural Law Student Association.

Leslie enjoys watching football and spending time with her family. Leslie has represented clients in a variety of civil and criminal matters in Oregon State courts and District Court of Oregon. Leslie is a member of the Oregon State Bar and the United States District Court for the District of Oregon.
